Your Orders & Deliveries

When will I receive my order?

Concerning the processing of your order, the manufacture of your keycaps and the Premium delivery (free from 20€ of purchase) require to our team a delay of approximately 10 to 15 working days. The Keycaps Industries team does everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of your order.

How do I track my package?

You can track your Keycaps order by going to the"Package Tracking" section in the footer of our site.

How much does delivery cost?

We propose a"Premium" offer for the delivery of your Keycaps, provided that you have a basket higher than 20€. Otherwise the"Standard" delivery will cost you 3€.

My order is not complete

You ordered several products, but you did not receive all at once? No worries, this is not at all abnormal!

Because of our suppliers & collaborators located in several places in Europe, whether in France or elsewhere (in order to propose a diversity of exceptional Products, yes your Keycaps are not necessarily manufactured in old factories), some of our items are sent from different warehouses or collaborators (like the Keycaps Artisans which are designed by Individuals).

This may explain the delayed delivery of your Keycaps.

I did not receive my order

Your package takes a decade to arrive in your mailbox?

Don't panic, yes it is possible that your package got lost on the way by the delivery company! But the team at Keycaps Industries™ team takes care of everything, because we manage all the disputes for our customers, with the only goal of satisfying our Customers.

The responsibility of your order is at no time relegated to transport, we assume full responsibility for the concerns related to the carriers by sending you immediately, the same article at our expense after.

Your Cancellations & Returns

Can I change my order?

Yes, your order can be totally modified within 24 hours after your purchase, after this time your Keycaps are directly shipped!

Can I cancel my order?

You have the total right to cancel your order at any time but of course before shipping, you have 24 hours to make a cancellation request! You will be automatically refunded on your payment method used during the purchase.

I wish to return an item

Yes, you can return a product that you are not satisfied with or simply because you received it damaged.

Our Keycaps undergo a multitude of strict quality controls for each shipment.

However, if one or all of the products you received have manufacturing defects, please send us photos of the product( s) (with the original packaging) to our after-sales service team: sav@keycaps-industries.fr and tell us your order number.

But, in order to qualify for a return and refund, your Item(s) must be completely unused and in the same condition as you received it.

We only accept credit card payments for the moment. But the arrival of Paypal in the future months will allow us to offer you the payment in several times.
